TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CHARTER
OBLIGATORY EXTRA
- Service Pack: € 250 - up to 38 feet, € 300 - up to 43 feet, € 350 - up to 46 feet, € 400 - above 50 feet and catamaran. It includes cleaning, Transit Log, linens, towels and dingy.
Damage Waiver available
OPTIONAL EXTRA
- Gennaker: €400/week (for regattas, €1,000 deposit required)
- Outboard Engine: €80/week
- Skipper (subject to availability): upon request, required price + food + cabin
- Hostess (subject to availability): upon request, required price + food + cabin
- Safety Net: €120
- Wifi: 50€ 10GB, 80€ 30GB
- Airport Transfer: upon request
- SUP and Canoe: €100 per week
- Crew change during the charter in Göcek: €100 for transit log, €150 for the changing linens and towels
- Advanced provisioning: €15 per yacht + the value of the goods * All markets are open 7 days a week in Göcek
- Early Embarkation: €120 (Check in until 13:00)
- REGATTA or RACE condition surcharge is €400/week
- Charters begin at 17:00 hours and end at 09:00 hours (with return to base the evening before + overnight)
- Within 30 days from confirmation advance payment of 50% is required.
- Balance payment is due one month prior to embarkation.
- Guaranty Deposit is required even if skipper is hired at extra cost.
- CLAIMS ARE NEGOTIABLE WITHIN 20 DAYS FROM END OF CHARTER
- Cancellation up to 121 days prior to embarkation date Full refund, however, administration fee of 10% of the charter price is applicable.
- Cancellation from 120 to 41 days prior to embarkation date Withhold of the down payment. However, if the yacht is chartered again under the same conditions full refund of the down payment is applicable.
- Cancellation 40 days or less to embarkation date Withhold of the full payment. However, if the yacht is chartered again under the same conditions full refund of the down payment is applicable.
- No show Withhold of every paid amount.
