• TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CHARTER

• Insurance, Damage Waiver or Security deposit is mandatory even if a skipper is hired at extra cost. AMEX is not accepted.
  
• Insurance is valid for charters of one week. For longer charters, only a combination of insurance and security deposit is available.
  
• Claims are negotiable within 20 days from charter, in written form.
  
• Selected yachts are equipped with air condition and generator available at extra charge.
  
• Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of a charter by the Charterer, all advance payments made up to the date of cancellation will be retained by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to refund the said deposits or part of them, if he succeeds in letting the yacht to another Charterer for the same period and under the same or similar conditions. (Clause 11 of charter agreement)
