I studied Faculty of Communication, after my graduation I worked at an advertising company and lived in Japan till 2010. I met Mr. Gu\u0308c\u0327lu\u0308 through a mutual friend and came to Turkey. Till July of 2014 I lived in Izmir.<\/p>\n – Can you please tell more about yourself; what are your hobbies?<\/strong><\/p>\n Reading, sailing and photography. I had trainings at the faculty about photography and I take photos everywhere I visit. Moreover, we organized a competition among our guests this year. We request the guests of IRMAK YACHTING to send us the photos they have taken during their journey and the best photo selected in presence of the jury will win 1-week free boat trip.<\/p>\n – Were you able to adapt to live in Turkey?<\/strong><\/p>\n I had no problems in compliance as I was several times to Turkey for learning the language and for vacation. However, I can tell you some cases I was very surprised.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n In Japanese culture the time conception is always clear, I mean being ready at the appointment place 5 minutes before is a habit; but I wonder when I under- stood it is not the same in Turkey.<\/p>\n Another thing I wonder about was visiting relatives at religious holidays and I was surprised when I learned that treats are not rejected as it is considered as an impolite behavior. Also the repeated questions \u201cHow are you?\u201d made me very surprised. One day we were visiting the relatives of my husband, the house owner asked me how I am, I replied I\u2019m fine. A little bit later his wife asked me again how I am, Then another person asked the same question I was very surprised to do this. Afterward Mr. Gu\u0308c\u0327lu\u0308 informed me it is normal according to Turkish traditional customs to ask individually.<\/p>\n I share my good memories at \u201cFreebird in Turkey\u201d blogs. In Japan you start to work from the beginning no matter which school, section or degree you graduate. My first work at the charter company was cleaning. In 2014 I did interior cleaning, in 2015 I did the exterior cleaning and continue now with reservations in 2016. During the years 2000 \u2013 2002, I completed the master program \u201cTranscendental Meditation Technique\u2019\u2019 in Maharishi University U.S.A. I preferred this master program as I apply this technic and get benefit of it since I am 18 years old. I started the master program at ODTU\u0308 in 2002 about the sociological and political structure of the new countries separated from the Soviet Union. I stopped my master program and went to Indonesia to take a training of Indonesian traditional music which I was interested in since 1999. I stayed there one year and completed the music training. I came back to Ankara to be graduated from the master program.<\/p>\n – You studied different sections, how did you choose yachting and management?<\/strong><\/p>\n I started to work at RAMP-FLIGHT-DATA branch in Izmir Adnan Menderes airport. It was a multipleshift job and had difficulties. I continued 8 years, I began to be forced because of the shift system and quit the job there. I was very excited establishing Irmak Yachting after a multipleshift work. Yukari and I moved to Go\u0308cek the Cabotage day in 2014. Moving to Go\u0308cek on cabotage feast was a very nice coincidence which made us very happy.<\/p>\n – Can you tell us about your hobbies?<\/strong><\/p>\n I love music. I took part in the founding of the Gamelan orchestra in Ankara. I sang in the Bach choir. I am the founder of the first block flute quartet in Turkey. Currently, I am learning to play the instrument \u201cbaglama\u201d. Additionally, I have great interest in nomadic culture and I am doing researches related to them.<\/p>\n I like astronomy.<\/p>\n I am trying to spread the game Go Strategy in Go\u0308cek. It is a board game that Japan introduced to the world. This game provides mental exercise in which decisions are taken constantly. Last year we organized a training for 2 months in Go\u0308cek Deniz Temiz primary school.<\/p>\n – What is the secret of being a well-known charter company in a short time?<\/strong><\/p>\n First of all, the experience of Mr. Tolga and his previous existence on this sector was very effective on our improvement.
